Le Toudjida Allara, M.P.A.
Allara, as he is popularly known, is originally from Chad and now resides in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. He serves as the Executive Director of STANDU, Inc. He is also a board member of the Friends of Buea School for the Deaf (FOBSD), and global affairs manager of Society Without Barriers–Cote d’Ivoire (SWB-CI). He has a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) and two Bachelor’s degrees in Government (aka Political Science) and International Studies with double minors in Deaf Studies and French from Gallaudet University. He is currently an ongoing candidate of Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Deaf Education with a specialization in School Leadership and Management at Gallaudet University and plus Master of Science in Recreational and Sport Sciences (MSRSS) with a focus in Soccer Coaching Education at Ohio University.
Furthermore, he has been member of United Nations Association-National Capital Area (UNA-NCA), American Society for Public Administration National Capital Area Chapter (ASPA-NCAC), Society for International Development Washington DC Chapter (SID-W), Project Management Institute Washington DC Chapter (PMIWDC), Conference of Educational Administrators of Schools & Programs for the Deaf (CEASD), United Soccer Coaches (formerly National Soccer Coaches Association of America - NSCAA), United States Soccer Federation (USSF), Gallaudet University Alumni Association (GUAA), and Rochester Institute of Technology/National Technical Institute for the Deaf (RIT/NTID) Alumni Association.
